lbs red potatoes
eggs
tablespoon mustard
cup pickle relish
medium onion, diced
stalks celery, diced
tablespoon sugar
tablespoon white vinegar
teaspoons salt
teaspoon pepper
cups Miracle Whip

Instructions

1.  Wash potatoes well (leave skins on) and place in large pot of water with large potatoes on the bottom. Boil for at least 20 minutes.

2.  Insert fork into potatoes, and remove those potatoes where the fork goes through easily.  The potatoes should remain a little firm, but continue to boil them until the fork goes through easily.

3.  Let potatoes cool, peel and dice into chunks.

4.  Boil eggs for about 18 minutes.  Cool, peel and chop.

5.  Add mustard, pickle relish, onion, celery, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.  Stir well.

6.  Add Miracle Whip.  Taste.  If still dry, add another 1/2 cup.

Enjoy!
